1 /5 Deviny Griffith: Formal Complaint – False Policy Information, Unjust Fees, and Poor Service To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way Progressive has handled my policy and my account. While I understand that my policy has been canceled—and I have already spoken to a representative—I feel compelled to document the serious issues I’ve experienced due to Progressive’s internal errors and lack of accountability. To begin, it is clear that false or inaccurate information was entered into my policy, which triggered a snowball effect of completely unjust fees—all of which were through no fault of my own. Rather than correcting the issue when it was first raised, I was met with vague responses, misdirection, and additional charges that continue to make no sense. I was also billed for documents I never received by email, mail, or through any online access. Charging customers for materials that were never provided is not only unethical—it borders on fraudulent. This entire experience has been marked by a lack of basic business communication, transparency, and accountability. Every step of the way, I encountered representatives who either could not provide clear answers or appeared insufficiently trained to handle the matter professionally. The disorganization and inconsistent information I received only added to the confusion and financial strain caused by these errors. At this point, I feel that I’ve been taken advantage of and misled, and the situation reflects a serious breakdown in both customer service and internal policy management. I am requesting that this matter be escalated immediately and fully reviewed. I expect all erroneous charges to be removed and a detailed explanation provided of how these errors occurred and what is being done to prevent them from happening again. If this issue is not resolved promptly and appropriately, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the insurance commissioner, the Better Business Bureau, and other consumer protection agencies.

1 /5 Kim Tillman: We havent even finished dealing with them yet and I want to give them no stars. They told me my daughters car ( who was not at fault) was a total loss and they would value it at what the ones in the area are going for and then they did not. After arguing with them for months we just gave up and are getting less then what we should to replace the car she was driving that again she was not at fault for it getting rear ended, it was their policy holder. So glad they are not our insurance company.

1 /5 Kendra Washington: Progressive is horrible I had them for insurance got into a car accident which I wasn’t at fault had to get lawyers involved & they do not answer any calls from my lawyers this case has been ongoing since March I am even covered for property damage but they have not done anything… However expect for you to pay your premium on time when they do not do anything nor take accountability.

1 /5 Steven P: After more than 10 years with Progressive and no accidents, I have to say they are not a good company to do business with, they failed me and my family. My Wife was involved in a accident that she was not at fault, the other person was at fault. Progressive pick up my vehicle and towed it 1 hour and half away to one of their inspection places ( a auction lot ). They contacted me back saying that it was a total loss. I decided to buy it back because I considered that I can fix it and I cannot find a vehicle like this one for the amount of money Progressive offered. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE TOWING INVOICE AND STORAGE. PLUS I HAD TO PAY $250 DOLLARS ON TOP TO GET IT BACK TO MY HOUSE. I TRIED CALLING A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE ANSWERED AND NEVER CALLED BACK!! AND I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE ADJUSTER (NOT SAYING HER NAME FOR RESPECT) BUT SHE IS NOT THE BEST PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THIS WOMEN IS RUDE AND NEVER EXPLAINS THINGS CLEARLY. LIKE SHE WANTS YOU OUT OF HER WAY FAST. MAKES DEALING WITH THIS SITUATION A WORSE STRESSFULL ONE. PROGRESSIVE IS LOSING MY BUSINESS VERY SOON ON MY CAR INSURANCE AND HOME INSURANCE. PAYING FULL COVER ON 2 VEHICLES FOR 10 YEARS WITH 0 ACCIDENTS AND I GET TREATED LIKE THIS!!! PROGRESSIVE RATED 0 STARS FROM ME AND MY FAMILY.
