1 /5 Jennifer Shiver: Absolutely worst customer service! I am on policy and had my son give them permission to handle issue. They kept saying he might need to stay on phone in case they needed more, even though he was on lunch break. They randomly added his minor sister to his policy, said they would non renew his policy unless he did an exclusion, and said he would not get any refund from the date the person was added. This person does not have same address nor drive his vehicle, even has their own insurance, but yet they said they deemed it a person to be added. I asked to speak to a supervisor and do a survey, at which time the person in underwriting hung up.

3 /5 John Jones: The local lady who is working on my claim is kind of aggressive. Someone hit my car and I also work full-time. I call back and go the next day to release my car and she threatens to take back my rental because I didnt jump when she said to.

1 /5 Charlotte Harvey: I was called about a car accident on Ubers Behalf. Not only did I leave a nice review for them, but I have a slice of pie for their insurance representative too. How do you speak life into somebody hoping they regret a decision of getting on the road. Hes not dead. I was just getting home from picking up dog food. That can turn into all the wrong directions, thanks to the representative. Theyll treat you like an attorney, and I dont have to go to court on my behalf. I dropped progressive like a hot rock years ago.

1 /5 Sean Johnson: Progressive changed my rates AND added unnecessary, already insured drivers to my policy without my approval! Then they charged me more than double what I was previously paying per month! Which caused a domino effect in my finances of course! Neither of the reps I spoke with, nor the supervisor I spoke with did anything to make this right other than to tell me that they emailed the changes to me and never got a response. A simple phone call would have done numbers instead of stealing my money. After getting those drivers excluded from my policy, they still increased my monthly rate by $174 more dollars per month simply because of who resides in the home with me. Even though they are already insured by a different provider. Needless to say, progressive will steal your money from you without your knowledge or approval. Run away and run FAR if youre considering them as an insurance provider! Worse experience Ive ever had with insurance!
