He guided me through the process, gave me insight and a wide array of options while patiently answering my questions and working on my timeline. His experience designing rings and network of stellar diamond suppliers meant the finished product exceeded my wildest expectations. My fiancée remains over-the-moon in love with her ring, which is my benchmark for success. Derek also went above and beyond when it came time to adjust and resize the ring after popping the question. I plan to go back to Derek for my future jewelry needs, and would wholeheartedly recommend Phillips House to anyone looking for bespoke jewelry.
