I first called her Thursday morning and she was there for me all the way til Friday afternoon when we purchased our new vehicle. I have never had full coverage at such a good rate as Kathy got me! When i had some questions and they didnt respond for almost a week, I called Nature Coast Insurance. Kim, who answered the phone was wonderful. Taking some information, she told me Kathy or Glenn would get in touch with me with a quote. I received the quote the next day from Kathy. I had some questions and emailed Kathy a number of times and was promptly responded too along with a phone call or two. Kathy was fantastic, answering my questions. With such great service, I am now a Nature Coast Insurance customer. Thanks to all for being so helpful.

When a claim is filed and questions arise these agents will go to bat to insure you are treated fairly and get what you have paid for. Usual results are home runs. This is an outstanding agency with folks highly knowledgeable about the products they sell and anyone in the office is able to help you. I have been extremely satisfied with the service the have provided for my family.

We sold our mobile home and cancelled our policy but I would highly recommend this company to anybody if I was in Florida. We have returned to Michigan after 34 years in Florida so have no need for insurance any longer.
