5 /5 Lissette Puentes: Had a great experience as a first time customer. I took a very sentimental ring to Maurice to see if he could do anything to refinish it. After many visits to other jewelry stores and hearing No, he was the only one that was willing to help me. The ring was not expensive or made of gold but he treated it as if it was. After a few days I went to pick up my ring and he did such a beautiful job!! I could not believe it. My ring looked brand new. Thank you Maurice for the care and great service you provided. I truly appreciate it.

1 /5 Peter Smith: Terrible service. I booked 3 watches in for battery replacements. I was told to collect the following day..... After going back and forth for a WEEK, I finally got the watches back. I was then inconvenienced by being charged an extra $ 2000 which took another week to sort out with my bank. The one watch had a residue all over the face, and Maurice told me that it was like that when I booked it in. I was 100% sure that it was not as my wife looks after her watch. This all happened in June Now it is 4 months later and 2 of the 3 watches need to have battery replacements again because the batteries are dead / faulty!!!! Batteries normally last 2 years? The store is a mess, Maurice the owner is very good at making excuses and blaming others. Never ever again, will they see me.

I was immediately greeted by the owner Maurice, and offered rings with the option of customizing my own ring. Long story short he was able to make me a one of a kind ring that is truly a work of art. I highly recommend Maurice and his Jewelry Box for any of your jewelry needs.

1 /5 Juan Carlos Martinez: Nice people at first when they want your business. Brought in 3 watches. One for only fitting and 2 for battery change. They said 2 days and it turned into almost 2 weeks. I had to chase them down checking on my stuff until they finally had them ready. I love to support the small businesses but they were a bit incompetent overall. Avoid them if you need jewelry repairs.

Flying Mama Anyone love cruises but afraid to buy jewelry on a ship? THIS is a wonderful company and Royal Caribbean ships are fortunate enough to have their fabulous jewelry and expert representatives on their ships. I have fallen in love with Zultanite and this is only one of 4 authorized carriers of this magnificent and rare gem. I originally bought my first in Turkey (believed that it was real because of the mine!) Boy did I get took!!! My hot pink zultanite wasnt real. Since then, I have bought many beautiful REAL pieces on board from these great people. Once I lost a small baguette and James (amazing owner) overnights me a box and repairs it no charge and overnights it right back!!! Try doing that at the large chains, lol!! They stand behind the jewelry 200%! And have rare, unusual pieces you wont see in every port store. I cant say enough. Love Krishna, Robert, Yogi, Assolf and I love spreading the word about this Zultanite to fellow cruisers and most all buy pieces after learning about the gem. Please people... dont go running to ebay to buy your fabulous fake... Real Zultanite is not hot pink! Its the colors of Fall!! Amber, green and "candle light cranberry " FABULOUS.
