I felt in love with a pearl necklace and the owner was extremely helpful. I am very happy with my purchase. I saw other pieces similar to some I have bought before in other places for less than half of the price I paid. I highly recommend it. I am following her now for new additions to my collection.

If the jewelry wasn’t already to die for, Barb (the owner) is absolutely fabulous. She has such a genuine persona- it’s just authentically her. The entire store has such an inviting atmosphere, while being organized perfectly! She creates such a personal shopping experience and can easily point out pieces that compliment you and your taste. If that wasn’t enough, she’s so fair with her prices for the quality that you’re receiving. It’s truly remarkable. It’s hard to shop for jewels anywhere else after receiving such amazing customer service. My friend and I stop in here multiple times EVERY time we visit Key West and somehow it gets better. I couldn’t recommend Local Luxe enough!

5 /5 Riley Rudd: Between the many beautiful items and the passionate and charismatic owner, this store is an experience in itself! My friend and I were so happy to pick up local jewelry to as a luxe souvenir to commemorate our trip. The owner helped us to find items that complimented our style and features. She was also helpful in cleaning the items to be extra sparkly and adjusted things so they laid how we preferred. Amazing experience!

5 /5 Debi Damato: Barb has a beautiful shop. Shes very welcoming and personable. There are items of all different price points. I bought a beautiful pair of earrings. She has a 17yo deaf & blind dog who roams around & her dog Bunny is a sweetie. You get to pet her at checkout!

1 /5 Charlie Gorovoy: Not a comfortable shopping experience. The owner is not friendly and starts telling you rules the minute you walk in. Then she follows you around asking you what you want exactly- she obviously doesn’t understand the concept of browsing before you buy. They probably have nice things but she seems like she just wants people to leave the store. She would probably be better off hiring a nice sales associate that understands customer service.

Renee Jepson I have been purchasing jewelry at this store for a couple of years (gold hoop earrings, gold necklace, diamond ring) Time for a review! Ive always shopped with Alex. He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.

Key West Ted We searched the island for the best jewelry store with the best selection and are so glad we ended up at Bliss Jewelers. We decided to purchase an anniversary gift for each other and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, Manoj and his team made us feel welcome and completely at ease. The environment was relaxed and stress-free. We were encouraged to try on as many items as we liked, and never once felt pressured to buy or rushed in any way. At one point, they even offered us a drink, which made the experience feel that much more personal and enjoyable. In the end, we walked out with exactly what we wanted, and the memory of this visit will always stay with us. Thank you to Manoj and his wonderful staff for making our anniversary gift exchange so special. Truly the best jewelry store on the island by far! (We will definitely go back.)
