1 /5 KAMMY HARJES: This is the most difficult insurance agent to communicate with. The individuals that work at this location have no manners and are extremely rude. I work for a local finance company and must verify insurance on a monthly basis. I must call at least 50 auto insurance agents all over Florida and never has anyone been so rude to me as the individuals that work at this office. The girl (I would say young lady but not a lady at all) today, Andrea first did not provide her name upon answering the phone which is very unprofessional and spoke to me in a very impolite manner. She refused to provide the paperwork requested and rudely told me to call the insurance company directly and then hung up on me. I cant imagine that they provide good customer service.

All they do is harass you they are completely unprofessional and dont understand basic information they dont know how to do the fundamentals of their job and lack any experience or knowledge in the insurance industry they get offended if you cant answer a question and then tell you to go find business elsewhere because youre disrespectful Apparently I cussed at the lady when I never even did and all I said was why would that matter. Their office is nasty and run down. And they have a hard time actually answering the phone. Learn from common sense skills and listen to what a potential customer has to say before you open your mouth and make uneducated sentences.
