1 /5 Sandra Bogarde: Totally incompetent. Staff seems dazed and incapable of comprehension or completing basic tasks. I was given a policy number and password in the morning to receive documents that never arrived in my email, wasting my time at the courthouse and then whole office went off the grid. For hours. No one answering the phones or responding to messages.pathetic, unprofessional, lacking basic manners and self absorbed with no sense of accountability. There was no apology after this train wreck. Btdubbs, I still dont have my documents.
