2 /5 Andrea Caraballo: I liked the engagement of the customer service with my agent on the phone but, it was all a ploy to get me to work with them. After the job was done and the money was taken, I was told they would follow up with a reciept and my papers to my insurance I waited, no response , I emailed, I called and left messages, and still no response. I wouldve liked to know where my money went. I had to receive my papers in the mail but, still no receipt for the transaction. I felt that the customer service was get the sale and be done. Customers are guests you would like to have come over and over. When, that happens those guests will bring other guests. Dont make people feel like a $ in your pocket.

5 /5 Shaylee Padro: Man these people in this office are amazing. The knowledgeable crew with the energy of every employee made it a great experience for myself. Nevermind the fact that they work with many companies, they were able to get my insurance for 2 cars down by 125$ with all the same coverages I already had. Thank you again. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

Everyone Ive dealt with has been great to work with, the ladies are always smiling and welcoming, the gentlemen are always professional and courteous. Highly recommended for all as they will do their best to get you the best deals while displaying great hospitality.

5 /5 Yolanda Alvarado: I seen a post about awful service. Must be from the ignorant customers like the one i seen today as i made a payment in the office. Some customers are ridiculously rude and expect miracles when theyre driving record is horrible... (Mind u they decline to state it from the beginning knowing it will impact their payment). I have been with fiesta 7 years. This office has had a few people come and go but respect and honesty is never something i have had a problem with. All the agents here are very nice. They work for the people not the companies. I was quoted by geico directly and they wanted 150 more downpayment and 100 more a month. Crazy... I now have my homeowners insurance and my cars insured with fiesta. Thank you for great service
