Based on that, I contacted them and asked them to send me proposals for replacing my current HO insurance AND my auto policies. I had the good fortune to be helped by Sylvia, one of their senior account reps. Within 24 hours of my first call, she had sent me several options and choices. Most impressive was her knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and positive attitude in making sure I was comfortable with my final choices.
