But in cases where a single person who works there takes it upon herself to work with me like I’m the only person and problem that she has let me say I was fortunate to have Melina Rowe as my agent. She worked with me on regular business hours as well as after hours and even on the weekends to get the insurance that I needed. As much as want to say about her professional knowledge and guidance with my insurance needs, then came the additional bonus of saving me almost $500.00 per year on my homeowners insurance. Alien Russ if that is truly his name, he is rude, disrespectful and racist. I was translating for my mother when he told me “if she wants to live in this country that she needs to learn to speak English” then when I ask him for his name he hung up. I will take this as far up the chain as I can. He shouldn’t be working anywhere with that sort of customer service.
