That’s too much for an older car so I called Direct and talked with Tammy out of Fla so within 10 mins she reduced my insurance from 78.00 a mth to 56.00 a month ! Great service and clear communication . I’m a very happy customer now . Thanks Tammy for a wonderful experience !

Also Tammy has a great personality and customer service skill set. She was engaging and brought levity into a very formal boring buisness exchange. I had an issue with an car accident (Ive never been in an accident) on my insurance record. She guided me thru the process to correct that too!
