1 /5 Laurie DelVecchio: Be aware GEICO doesnt train their employees to do the right thing and fix problems when they screw up and admit it. We purchased a car back in Nov 2021, and asked to have all coverage from one car to be put on the NEW CAR. Well today when I went to use said insurance (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance) I didnt have it. It was one of the things I was emphatic about having. We have had it on all our cars before. They admitted they have seen it on the other cars. But sorry we didnt put it on this car. "Nothing we can do" said the person from GEICO. Thanks for NOTHING, GEICO!

1 /5 George Bernhardt: Went to office to inquire about adding child to policy. Met rude female who was upset about having to get off her phone. Could not answer simple policy question, gave me a phone number and said I had to call it to find the answers. This office branch is useless!

1 /5 Aqua 900k: Horrible. We was paying a good amount just for them to triple that amount and ask for 777.57 that were never agreed to. They went from an insurance company who insures your car to a scam in 2 seconds. We’ve been using them for 20 years and they all of a sudden demand such a high amount.

1 /5 Moore Alexandra: I’m trying to get my claims money from an accident involving one of Geico’s driver. Not only have a gone through three representatives, the accident happened over a year ago. They didn’t take claim until 4 months after the accident. They didn’t send anyone to look at my totaled vehicle, give me an adjuster (I had to call and ask), or give me a retail until they could give me the money to fix my car. Overall GEICO is a terrible insurance company who no one needs to do business with. If you do business with them or ever have an accident with one of their customers I suggest getting a lawyer and start the suing process immediately .
