The Office Mgr was extremely detailed, communicated effectively, explained various coverage options, and utilized great follow up skills. In addition, the agent responded to my initial inquiry regarding auto/property coverage, provided sound information regarding Allstate’s brand, and the agents office location was convenient / close to get to.
