I have been able to write more business because my buyers are able to afford homes once we add the hazard insurance, even in this market of higher rates than previous years! If you wish to have the most accurate quote in the insurance market place, you must email Melissa for a quote! Even when your policy was already renew, part of my overall refinance process includes quoting an existing policy, I just got an existing customer a $300 annual decrease on a refinance! 1 /5 IAmTheStorm Stormy: Ridiculous people to work with. I don’t think I ever spoke to anyone in that office on the phone. Very impersonal. In communication among themselves, they referred to me as “the client.” Not professional and they tried to slip my homeowners insurance into my closing costs, which is not done when its a cash purchase. They tried to do that without my signature, but I caught them.
