1 /5 Rick McNulty: They started out ok I sent all my friends and family to them then one day my auto rates went up 40 percent from 109 to 147 per month Im a disabled senior on a slim budget I have no tickets or accidents for over 15 years I called to ask Chuck why but he wouldnt get on phone instead I got a woman who giggled and told me consider it a cost of living expense so iam here to tell all dont do business with Chuck or his office they are all crooks
