4 /5 E. G.: I got auto insurance from this place about a year-and-a-half ago. Yes staff members were helpful and friendly although it is a small office. They quoted me a great price and were very helpful with any issues that I had with my policy. I decided that I would renew with them even though my rates went up a little bit because they were still much better than other rates at different places. I would suggest giving them a call if you need new auto insurance or just to make sure that your price that you have with someone else is a fair price.

1 /5 Bashley L: Scott was nice. Quoted me a price quickly. Then when I went to pay for my policy, I spoke with his assistant Edna. She was rude and loud with me for no reason. Very dry. I was trying to have a sense of humor with her to which she had no reaction. I emailed Scott about it and no one has gotten back to me, hence the review. I went with Geico and got a $70 less monthly payment, so I’m happy. Treating new clients poorly isn’t the best business practice.

5 /5 Bill Pedi: I have been with Browning for many years. My flood insurance was canceled due to a late payment by my mortgage company. This resulted in my previous policy being canceled and my new policy increased from $1200yr to $5300yr!! I was furious! The insurer told both Scott and I there was nothing that they could do. Scott Browning went to bat for me. He spent countless hours on the phone with both my mortgage company and the insurer. It became a blame game between my mortgage company and insurer. Through Scotts diligent work he was able to prove with supporting documentation that the insurer did receive my payment within the allowed time. Scott put together a bulletproof case and the insurer had no choice. This is the kind of company and owner you want to business with.
