5 /5 Philip Honzik: David Deacon is a champ. Stellar service, even for Auto. Ive been looking to shave some monthly costs and looked around a bit. I understand auto isnt necessarily a high-dollar value for agencies, but the other agencies I spoke to didnt really treat me like a person. This place was different. I could tell David cared and that he knows his stuff. We even talked a little baseball. My rate ended up being $17/month less than the next cheapest option with equal coverage and a lower deductible!

5 /5 Matthew Heinz: David Deacon is the absolute best. Not only do I trust him with all of my clients but I used him for my own personal insurance. Insurance in FL is a challenge and David is the absolute expert and always delivers. Do not look any further! 5 stars, always!

1 /5 groovy greens: David Deacon is completely unprofessional so much so that this is the first one star review I’ve ever left in my life. 6 months ago I had some issues with my policy and I called him in order to get them resolved. He said he was busy and directed me to call the office. The office then told me to contact David when I called him back and texted him I found out he blocked my number. So I ended up speaking to the other reps in the office. Everyone else except David was nice and helpful. They couldn’t believe that he would block my number and said he must be stressed out. Everything was fine until I had another issue that needed to be dealt with this week and I was transferred to David, everyone up until that point was apologetic, then I spoke to David and he told me it’s a big world out there go find someone else to help me with my problem. Hadn’t spoke to me in 6 months and then acted like a complete jerk. He was ok taking my money and signing up my policy but once I needed help dealing with the insurance company turned into a completely different person with a bunch of attitude. Have never been treated like this dealing with a so called professional. David Deacon is horrible person and completely unprofessional shouldn’t be in a profession where he has to speak with people. Everyone other person at the office was helpful and nice, the problem was that they have to rely on David Deacon at the end.

As an agent it is imperative that I recommend the top insurance agents to my clients and David has proven to be the top every time. 1 /5 Jose Perez: I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, i had very hard time getting a answer from then , David was rude he forgot I am a costumer who’s paying for the service, after they did a re-shop saying there is not better price out there for the renewal , i call another insurance agent and went DOWN $1706, same coverages , i really regret all this years wasting my money on their hands
