With the chaos that is Florida homeowners insurance in addition to a recent claim, we had a real rough time at renewal this year. Our agent Nikki, gave us a heads up so we wouldnt have a heart attack before our renewal notice arrived. She searched for better options and actually referred us to some other agencies who had access to different insurance companies. She truly had our best interest in mind even though it was in opposition to hers. She offered to review any quotes we received and advise us and I took her up on it.
