1 /5 Melissa Gurrola: Arrived at 7:30 and was told when I opened the door that they were closed yet the time for closing was at 9 (Google) after being refused service other customers were let in with the approval of their manager they signaled for them to enter without even asking if they had a pick up! Everyone looked miserable even their customers! Terrible customer service! They told me to go to Macy’s I ended up at Macy’s Pandora and their Pandora store manager was so helpful and kind the other sales associate was sweet the customers looked happy as well! Loved the atmosphere!!!! I didn’t take long I knew what I wanted took me 15 minutes or less! Will be shopping at the Macys Pandora from now on

I also want to give a big shoutout to Crystal and Sam for their great customer service—both were super friendly, helpful, and made my shopping experience easy and fun. Thanks for helping me find the perfect pieces!
